Great company. Responsive, provided a quick evaluation, very fair price. We needed a tough evaluation - vacant lot in rapidly changing commercial area in Vancouver. L3 managed to get realistic comps, summarize the surrounding property situation and provide a realistic appraisal. Great to work with, and would definitely use again.
