I would not recommend renting at this property. The elevator was out of service for more than 20 days, and neither I nor my emotional support animal could safely use the stairs daily since our unit was on the top floor. I had recently undergone an MRI on my leg, and my dog was on pain medication for his legs, yet management provided no assistance, no alternative accommodation, and no rent credit for the time the building was uninhabitable. On top of that, I was unable to work because I run a photography business and need to carry heavy gear daily — which was impossible with my leg condition and no elevator access. The reason I renew every year is William. I once commuted over an hour each way rather than move—because a manager like him is rare. He’s responsive, reliable, and keeps everything running smoothly.

Loved the area. Can’t beat the location and price for a 1 bedroom. Apartment was quiet and clean. William really came through in the clutch for me to move out to another Miss & Company property. Not sure it would’ve been possible without him and the manager at the next apartment working together.

L Lofts is located in the city center, offering a very walkable and convenient lifestyle in a well-maintained, clean building. William, the property manager, has been incredibly responsive and dedicated, making our move-in experience seamless. His commitment to residents truly sets L Lofts apart—highly recommend!

It takes more than 1 visit to get any of the maintenance to be resolved. We had at least 2 visits per issue and there were a total of 3 big issues. - master bedroom bathroom room cigarette smell - dishwasher not working properly - odor coming from the washer We've been here for only a bit over 6 months and it's been a bit frustrating with all the issues that we had to deal with as a new tenant. The replies are really fast and great, but we can feel the action/service isn't done with any care..
