Was interested in a tour of a home in Peñitas and they wanted proof of a bank loan or they wouldn't show me the inside of the house! There was almost no pictures of the inside of the house! How are we supposed to get a loan before even looking at the house and it's condition. Do better.

On my personal experience getting a realtor from this place it was a waste of my time other than doing some genetic contract which if I had the file and a MLS I could have done the job myself and better... Last time I check the realtor works for you of for both parties to reach a win-win result not with my realtor; it gave me the feeling that was working more for others than for me... I dont mention names or reported to the agency for mercy not to realtor but how my complaint could possibly affect a child

Rude and very unprofessional called over the phone and sounded very uninterested about anything.awful experience i had with them do not recommend.
