WORST REALTOR IN THE 518!!!! IF YOU ARE SELLING OR BUYING A HOME GO ELSEWHERE!!! Several more trustworthy realtors in the area: All in 1 Reality Howard Hannah Miranda Real estate Group Currently in dis belief as to how unprofessional and bluntly criminal this real estate company operates… Long story short, we had recently closed on a property listed by Keller Williams Real Estate. We offered well over asking price as the house was only on the market for 3 days. The seller accepted and had lawyers forward over a contract and even went as far as to provide us with a closing date. Then after we signed and resubmitted the contract, we were informed they were backing out of the deal because they had an offer, in which they received after accepting ours, that “they couldn’t refuse.” The list

I had the pleasure of working with both Leah and Kaylee on property that I was moving into recently. My interactions with both women were incredibly positive. Moving can be a very stressful time, and there were a few hiccups in our final stretch that were not foreseeable or anticipated by any of us. Kaylee handled herself and my nerves with sheer professionalism and compassion. She took charge in a small window of time, clearly communicated with me, addressed and remedied any concerns that I had, and made sure that my move went smoothly. I am so grateful to both Kaylee and Leah for all of their help in both finding me the perfect place to move, as well as ironing out all of the details to ensure move in day was a success.

Love how it took one of these realtors two weeks to turn in the CNR so I could get my deposit back. Then, no one informed the person who cuts the check that I was planning on picking up the check. Hate to see this low of a level of professional at a place as “prestigious” as this.

We hired Helen Simpson from Keller Williams to sell our home! She was smart. She came with a marketing package that was a designed just for our needs. One of the biggest hurdles was after she staged our house, we fell in love with our house all over again! Her value was above and beyond our expectations. She even helped us pack. She did a great job and would highly reccomend her to anyone who needs or wants to sell their home.
