Be VERY cautious if you receive an offer from these KW Metro Center Arlington agents. They are extremely unprofessional and unethical. They will submit multiple sham offers at once without disclosing that fact. Specifically, probably a good idea to immediately reject offers from Darcey Pancoast since you won’t know if they are legitimate or not.

I got pulled into using KW because I responded to an apartment listing that was using KW. As a tenant, there little attention to detail from my agent. The original lease presented to me had me paying utilities despite the listing (and the agent during the showing) being explicitly clear that landlord pays utilities. The original KW disclosure referenced another "dual agent" disclosure that wasn't presented to me until AFTER I signed the lease and paid my security deposit. Again, the original disclosure said there was another disclosure, and I asked my agent explicitly for that extra disclosure before I signed... And she said I didn't need it. A day later, she said there was additional paperwork for me to sign. I would not recommend working with them
