Alex worked me with to refinance my home using a VA IRRRL. From start to finish he regularly communicated with me and answered all my questions. We ran into a hiccup when my then current lender sold my mortgage to another lender delaying the refinance. Alex willingly covered the cost to extend the rate lock and facilitated communication between lender, title company, and insurance to ensure the refinance happened. He was very professional during this entire refinance and checked in on me once the closing was finalized.
