Joe was a godsend with his assistance for my uncle‘s estate sale. As the executor of the estate and not living very close, he facilitated anything that I needed. I would recommend him to anyone either selling or buying is extremely responsive and professional.
The Realtor that we worked with was horrible, very pushy asking for our information, sending winky faces, very unprofessional. After sending our details he did not send the listing, he wanted to make a "tentative" appointment to look at a property. I told him tentative does not work, left us with no communication for a few days until a few hours of a showing that i did not commit to. What a joke 😂
