Krs holdings is a very good management company to rent from. Every maintenance request I submitted was handled the same day or next morning. The prices are reasonable and Brad, Christine, Kelly and Vicki are easy to work with. I am very impressed by their willingness to help make the process easier and the level of knowledge Vicki has in rental relations. I’m more than sure I’d rent with them again. Thank you KRS

Just recently moved into our apartment rented through KRS Holdings. It has been such a lovely experience from start to finish. I’ve toured a lot of places, and spoken with a lot of agencies trying to find the right place for my child and I that would work for our budget, be comfortable, safe, and allow our pets (2 cats and a dog) and it has been a struggle. I’m so grateful to have found KRS! They made it so easy. When I was unable to qualify for the first location I applied for online, they invited me to come down to their office to discuss other options. The woman working the front desk was amazing. She was so kind, and was already familiar with my qualifications. She compiled a list of pet friendly places in my budget that would be available and I was able to go through and drive past

Edit: Diane and Johnathan working the maintenance department are amazing. Preston & his crew do a fantastic job as well. Seriously they are so always kind, respectful, and keep it real. I appreciate them always doing their best to keep any problems with the rental a priority, and also letting me know if something will take a bit of time. Original review: Been renting with KRS for close to 3 years now. Has the house been perfect the entire time? No. Did the issues get resolved? Yes. Their team is great, professional, friendly, and overall respectfully kind. So far they are the best rental company I’ve rented from, ever. The maintenance team is awesome. Any issues at all and there is someone ready to help - rent, maintenance, general questions. Wonderful service, keep up the great work.
