Although Robert seems like a nice person, never rent the unit at 2508 30th St, Santa Monica, CA 90405. The property is managed by his wife, Bracha Kronovet, and dealing with her has been the worst rental experience of my life. • She is unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely frustrating to deal with. Instead of helping, she fights with tenants and blames them for everything. • Maintenance issues are constant (plumbing leaks, pests, etc.), and she never addresses them—she just blames the tenant. • The unit is old, tiny, dim, and poorly maintained, yet the rent she charges is equal to—or even more than—modern, spacious studios in Beverly Hills. • She takes tenants’ money while showing the least accountability and responsibility as a landlord. • Privacy does not exist here: she is always pr
