The KRJ team has been wonderful. Our manager Robin Gard is amazing. She is professional and kind. She responds to my concerns promptly, and follow up diligently until problem is solved. She is an asset to our community.

I had an amazing experience here. I am a real estate broker who experiences management companies on regular basis. I was impressed by the customer service and the office. The young lady that assisted me was Jazzmun. She was very polite and while she was assisting me another young lady at the desk next to her approached me at the counter and offered me a water and some snacks. I honestly didn't have a customer service expectation, but I will from now on. Thank you ladies for a Great experience. The office has sign on the wall that says "Infect the world with Goodness), well ladies - you have infected my day in a good way. Thank you :)

Our HOA finally made the switch to KRJ after years and years of awful service from a prior management firm. The team at KRJ was over the top polite and understanding in regards to a recent work order request. The issue was handled with expertise and I am thankful for how professionally the team handled my request, from the initial call to the follow up, I knew our HOA was in good hands.

Our HOA in League City is under KRJ management. We newly bought a home about a year ago and are new to HOAs and HOA fees. Our HOA was apparently due in the beginning of the year but we did not properly receive communication from KRJ team regarding this. We did not receive letters from them about the bill due and so we did not pay. Then they sent it to collections. When we got the collection letter, we reached out to them to say we were not receiving communication from about payments due, they said they do not have our contact information on file, such as phone or email address. So they did not have a way of connecting except by sending letters. If we had received a call or email, we surely would’ve send the payment on time. Why would we hold onto that and risk getting charged more fees? D
