Kris not only managed finding contractors to bring the property into salable shape, he also found a qualified buyer almost immediately. We don’t live in Sonoma County, but Kris attended to all the details of the repairs and sale so completely that our presence was rarely needed. He’s friendly & communicative, & knows the Sonoma county market. The sale price was much more favorable than we expected. In fact everything about Kris’s shepherding the transaction was well above our expectations.

Kris is such a great agent. From our (literal) first conversation he was gracious and very friendly. He is incredibly timely on getting back to you, whether that be requests or changes, one of the timeliness people I've ever met. He knows his neighborhoods well too, the history and the people, making you feel at home in any of the ones he shows you. He's honest, if he doesn't know something he'll either tell you or research it to make sure he gives you a modest understanding.

Kris was extremely knowledgeable with the area and knew the background of each house well beyond what was listed on the MLS report. He seemed to have a personal relationships with most of the homeowners and builders which was so helpful with any questions we had. He is very responsive. We’d definitely work with him again.
