I was referred to KRC Home Inspection Company in 2013 when we bought our house in Lauderhill and I have used his services for my refi and investment company. He is thorough and knowledgeable. I keep his reports throughout the years for reference when making repairs and maintenance decisions. I have also received, upon request, excellent referrals for work that needs to be done on my homes. I'm an insurance agent. My customer has paid for 4-point and wind mitigation. The wind mitigation is missing pictures for open protection discounts. We can't reach the inspector to fix his error. I have called him at least 20 times in the past 2 weeks and emailed him a few times. The customer will lose the discount per inspection error, and the customer will end up paying $1832 more due to the careless inspector.

I recieved an email this morning from KRC stating that it's been one year since I bought my home and the best compliment would be in referring their services. I would not refer anyone to KRC. They said the roof was fine and that it was "new" but there was water damage in the ceiling which they failed to mention, that the previous owners tried covering with paint.
