Kevin was out to a house I was planning to buy for my first house and gave me a complete rundown of issues I hadn't seen. Very thorough. Very responsive. Takes plenty of pictures. Great at explaining things to inexperienced people. If i was looking to get an inspection done I'd go with kp home inspections again!
