Fred Sr put up our house over 30 years ago and did a fantastic job! He took care of everything from start to finish. He was professional and helpful throughout the whole process. This year his sons and crew put in a new waterline from my house to the road. They only dug a rather small hole near the house and road and cleaned up the yard as if it was their own. What a pleasant and honest family to do business with. As well as very capable at what they do! Highly recommend Kozyra to do all your housing and construction needs!

The town made the process far more difficult than it needed to, but Fred and his crew kept it moving as best they could despite the difficulties from day one. Fred was straightforward, responsive, and easy to work with. Questions were answered the same day, calls we are always answered or returned quickly, updates came regularly, and any issues that popped up were handled quickly and professionally. The house is exactly what we wanted, and everything was done right the first time.
