Cheaper rent than most is the only good quality this place has. Establishment will cut corners just to get some extra money out of you. Andrea McKenzie a manager for this property, was rude in her emails and in person when trying to resolve an issue. Instead of her making sure to get my issue handled with moving out refund, she refused to take accountability for a unprofessional moving in (lack appropriate documents for me to sign) and moving out (claims I destroyed majority of the items in the apartment) which is completely false (i attached photos of how I LEFT the apartment). I had to go to corporate just to make sure my voice is heard, once I did that then Kyle Gordon tried to negotiate a deal with me. All in all, I've really loved living here. The walls are very sound proof, the neighbors have all been very pleasant and quiet, and management has been decent (even though I've gone through 4 different managers in my 1 year here). They give little treats and events for holidays too, which is really nice. I love my big window too. Parking is a struggle sometimes because it's all street parking, but you can usually always find a spot, even if it's down the block. The neighbors around all seem friendly enough that the street you have to park on isn't too sketchy. My biggest dislikes are how little space I get for money, the tiny two burner stoves, and also that the communal washers and dryers suck. After living here for 3 years, I'd say the only perk is the location. You are close to a rose garden, shops, bars, and public transit. As for the apartment building itself: - Your packages will definitely be stolen and management won't do anything about it. I ended up just having things sent to work. - It's mostly a glorified dorm because the vast majority of the units are micro studios, and tenants are messy and loud. Trash often piles up around trash chutes and in the trash room, and pet waste doesn't get cleaned up. Smoking inside is constant. There is never a break from cigarette and weed smoke. Laundry rooms are often backed up/people leave their clothes in both the washers and dryers. Because clothes get left in the washing machines, it makes them smell, making clothes smell wors

Heads up for future tenants, your packages will be stolen from the mail room, your bikes will be stolen from the courtyard, and heaven forbid you need to ask management for anything. The rooms themselves are really nice, with rather thick walls. Unless you live near the management office, where you can hear a high-pitched alarm go off for days on end in your own room. Fine place to live, but can be a real headache sometimes.

Sofia is phenomenal and made sure to throughly explain everything about the apartments which I appreciate. Would highly recommend
