Koz on 13th

Having been based here for nearly two years, I have been operating without a stove or oven, which has limited my ability to prepare substantial meals. Additionally, about a month ago, the sink pipes remained uncleared for approximately three weeks, requiring me to manually remove water each night upon returning home, with no maintenance conducted during this period. Throughout this time, I have experienced several management changes. I am pleased to transition to a larger and improved facility.

I have lived here going on 4 years and since they recently switched management, service has gone down the drain. I would not recommend living here. My mail has been stolen repeatedly, their security cameras were stolen, and no one responds to emails or requests for help. If you manage to track someone down and get a conversation or appointment, they will make grand promises and then disappear for weeks at a time. It is very appalling considering the amount paid for rent. The new management does not care about the residents and is not at all interested in their wellbeing or safety. Save yourself from future headaches and do not move in.

I have lived here for 3 years now and it has been a good apartment for the price and the fact that utilities are included in our lease is good. Although there is a little problem of homeless people nearby but they are just some yelling or loud noises from time to time, have had no other bad experience with that. Now it has changed so many times of manager after my first year but now it looks like has a good manager, Amber seems to be doing a good job.

I have lived here for more than three years, and it is a nice and quiet place. The payment platform is good and easy to use. There have been some changes in the administration over the years, which have caused occasional delays in communication, but overall, it has been a nice place to live.

The worst apartment I have ever lived in. Dirty, trashy, smelly and unsafe. Management doesn't give a damn about anything. Total Slumlords. They are not organized and completely incompetent. It was so bad here that I effectively moved out 2 months before the lease and paid rent for 2 places because that's how badly I wanted to get out. This is not a place you will want to call home. Avoid like the plague!
