Korman Residential at 2130 Locust

Overall a great building in a great neighborhood with great apartments, newer stainless steel appliances, and good amenities for the price. Taylor and the Korman team are very attentive and responsive to emails, residents get access to a free bike share, free laundry, and a cozy outdoor space which are all great perks to have in the city. The location can’t be beat; it has everything you need in walking distance and has Rittenhouse square 2 blocks away.

Really enjoyed living here for two years. Super friendly, flexible, and responsive landlords at Korman. They’ve put some thoughtful little touches around the building, like free bikes to check out, an outdoor patio with fairy lights, and free laundry downstairs. Taylor and her team are easy to get ahold of, never had an issue!

My partner and I had a fantastic experience at 2130 Locust! The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and modern. The management team at Korman were consistently kind and responsive throughout the entire time we lived there.
