Knox Street Apartments

This is the first place iv lived that Winn owned and I had a beautiful experience iv lived here for about 9yrs my apartment was 137 Knox st I have nothing but great things to say and the head of maintenance is the best

I was looking for commercial space for a client and found this short term rental. Kevin was fantastic to work with and has great communication skills. The space was well taken care of and if we had an issues they were addressed immediately.

The apartments are really beautiful and spacious., Unfortunately the people in charge are incompetent and don't care about the safety of the tenants as they drag their feet on getting things done, yet complain about small petty stuff. Let's not forget stuff in the apartment is always falling apart. I lived here for almost 3 years and it's a shame what we have to put with, especially when some of us have documented physical/mental/behavior health issues and they violate our rights.

I'm relocating to Albany in a bit and came up to tour some of the communities in the area. Knox Street was hands down the best one I looked at. The location is perfect for me and the customer service I experienced was outstanding. This is definitely a place I'm excited to call home.
