Knollwood Village Apartments

This is my first apartment and I had a great experience working with Jason in the leasing office! Jason was very patient and straightforward throughout the leasing process. He clearly explained all my options and what to expect, and answered every question I had without hesitation. He also made sure I was able to see every floor plan I was interested in to make sure I was secure with my decision.

Andre is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve submitted a request, he’s responded quickly and made sure the job was done right the first time. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work, and it truly makes a difference in day-to-day living. Every time I see him, he greets me and my wife with a positive quote and a great attitude. His consistency, professionalism, and genuine energy set the tone for the entire community. Big shoutout to Andre from the maintenance team for keeping everything running smoothly. He’s a huge asset to Knollwood Village, and his service has made my stay here exceptional.

I'm giving 5 stars to Bri and Morg specifically. Brianna was super helpful in showing me a bunch of different apartments -- even ones with a laughable layout. Morgan was very helpful with information and signage regarding the apartment I chose. They're a great team like Riggs and Murtaugh, like Jay and Kay, or like Grey and Yang. They really made it easy on me to figure everything out. Bonus points to them for letting me know about the renters insurance stuff.

I had a great experience with Morgan, the assistant property manager at this apartment complex. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and with a positive attitude, which made everything so much easier.
