Knollwood Apartments

I lived here back in 2021-22 with my 3 kids and wife. Absolutely, worst time of our life. We developed some serious health issues. We expressed more times than I can count that something is not right. Beside our electrical box catching fire and exploding inside the unit We Came home to this the wallpaper was falling off and uncovering well this…. Their method of fixing spray with bleach and paint over it. I didn’t know my rights back then but it would have been a different outcome if I could go back.

Our move-in day was super smooth and quick, all thanks to our amazing leasing lady, Mrs. Kristalle! She took the time to explain everything we needed to know to make our transition easy. We absolutely love our new apartment and the neighborhood! It's fantastic to have a park right across the street, and the area is so clean and well-kept. Every employee we've encountered here has been professional and friendly. We couldn't be happier to call this place home! ☺️

The apartment is so peaceful. I feel at home. The staff is so nice and helpful. When i have a problem and i call. They get the job done. Thank you to the staff and maintenance.

**UPDATE** The new maintenance manager, Jonathan, has greatly improved my opinion of this complex. He has gone out of his way to address the problems in our apartment and building. I am confident that the quality of these apartments will improve under his guidance. *********************†********* The owners want to know how to improve my experience. Ok. 1) Double the size of the maintenance crew. Maybe then maintenance requests can be addressed in a timely manner. 2) Put decent dishwashers in the units. This POS will run for 3 hours and the dishes will still be dirty. And yes, I use good quality dishwasher detergent. 3) Fix the lights on the breezeways. Ours has been out since September 2024. The light on the lower level was repaired after 8 months of complaining, but went out again in May
