MOST AWFUL owners to live for! When I moved in for a 2 bd my rent was $700 and that was ok with them. THAN they randomly put me on some kind of low income thing and my rent was less than $200 for around a year THAN they evicted me because I didn't meet the low income requirements anymore and they refused to allow me to continue to live there paying "normal " rent prices which by the way had went up to like $850 at that point. By the way I made $14/h with 3 kids.. and WAS still in the right bracket for the low income rent. My apartment was always clean we didn't have pets and I don't smoke.. I stayed to myself. No reason to be treated this way. The ONLY reason they let me stay past the eviction time limit was because I spoke to an attorney and told them about it. OH and they DID make me pa

High rent, old 1979 kithen cabinets,tiny 10 cubit refrigerator, 100% recycled plsstic bottles carpet inside apt.old 1979 furnace unit.with grills have NEVER been cleaned and old fiberglass lined walls of the venting units.No smoking inside, only 25 feet away from apt bld.BUT RULE IS NOT INFORCED.
