Knoll West Apartments

Loved living here! First apartment by myself and honestly sad to leave. Management is attentive when you need it but generally leave you alone. Neighbors are great and mind their business. Getting into the apartment was easy and when I had a sudden change Sophie helped as much as she could. Sophie is by far one of the best property managers I’ve had, kind and truly wants to help you get what you need. Close to a bus station that takes you directly to a max station. Close to the city but without the city unwanted things. I wish I could stay!

This place was amazing and will be missed. Sofia in the office was great. Any questions, comments, concerns, confessions, where addresses quickly and without incident lol. Perfect location. As a carpenter who's jobsite changed regularly, I could get anywhere in the portland metro area within 20 min. Just outside DT, far enough that we saw little to no crime, auto break ins, or homelessness. My ring, and next door app confirmed my suspicions. Great location. Property upkeep was great. Constant updates and cleaning/landscaping. But over all my favorite part was the community. Dog friendly, people friendly. I lived there for 6 years and had to move to Boise for work. I didnt want to leave, and would have referred staying till I was ready to purchase a home. I highly recommend knoll west

I have been a renter for 8 yrs. Management has kept this older complex well maintained, 4/5 stars. There are no in unit washer/dryers. Two bedrooms have a dishwasher. Ground floor units have a open patio. Ses ond level have a balcony. The landscape is well maintained. There has been some recent tree loss and tree fall damage due to extreme winter weather, 2024. Sidewalks and stairs need resurfacing because they are crumbling apart and becoming a trip hazard. They also have persistent standing water after rain storms. This is not an ADA accessible property. Thankfully, there is also no playground. One assigned parking space is included with each unit. There is continuous road and freeway noise due to the property being up against the HW 26 and Canyon Road. The neighborhood has a b

I lived here for 8 years and had all positive experiences. The office management was always responsive and kind, maintenance requests were completed quickly. Living here for as long as I did is a testament to the quality of staff, location, amenities, and the space itself.

Sophie gave me an in-person tour of Knoll West during my search of the perfect new apartment home. She was patient and helpful every step of the way. While I ultimately chose somewhere a little closer to work, it was clear from the tour that Knoll West is a safe, quiet, and beautiful place to live.
