Knoll Gardens

It’s a huge rented colony. It is nicely maintained neat and clean. Rents are reasonable. Maintenance is very fast. Huge Indian community in the colony. Unlimited water supply and laundry facilities available here

Some of the apartments have places in front for kids to play. U can have your own garden, which i look forward to in the summer. Has 3 kids playarea. Ill take my kid to any of these 3 playareas if one is crowded. I walk from my home to buy chicken from asia grocery every week. Plus if i ranout of onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, mint leaves, lemon i go to gene's deli which is walkable distance too. Plus they have a atm machine where We can withdraw money in emergency. The shopkeeper always welcomes with a smile and is friendly

Recently visited a friend of mine in Knoll Gardens. Its a budget place to live near Parsippany area where rents are much higher. Units are slightly smaller. But since its close to N Beverwyck Road, the grocery stores are close by that can be walked up to.

Lived there for 30 + years. They like to evict people who are there for a long time, so they could get more money for the apartment

Cheapest available apartments in the area. But the worst thing is you have to be in line before 09:00 AM on first day of the month to get an apartment.
