Knobs Pointe Apartments

I've lived here att Knobs Points Apartments of a yearnow and it's been absolutely amazing. The people here are great and so are the staff. The pool great too

I've been living here alittle over a year now and everything is great! I haven't had any problems or anything. They also love pets! Anytime there's a maintenance issue they are fast and fix it in 24hours! I'm a bit young and when I was trying to get my apartment Keaton and angell was very helpful and it was easy! The pool is clean, and the gym is very stocked with whatever you would need. I just overall love living here, everyone is so nice and welcoming. The club house is also great to rent out for family occasions and it made my dad's surprise party the best!

I have been here for a year now and I have had the best experiences when dealing with the office staff and maintenance! I love my apartment as well! Nice and roomy and cozy!

This apartment has been great! My neighbors have all been very kind, everyone in the office has been fantastic anytime we've needed to talk to them, and the maintenance crew has been great! The office has always been super welcoming and has always helped us with anything we've needed and the maintenance crew has gotten any ticket put in by/for us done within a day or two! They have nice community events and the grounds are decently maintained. This has been the best apartment I've lived in and I appreciate all the work they put in!

I love living here. But my neighbors on the bottom floor have all kinds of animals and my whole building reeks of urine/ pneumonia.. you walk in the door it literally burns you in the eyes, I’m on the 3rd floor they are on the first. It’s soooo strong, I keep my apartment clean and smelling good. But the second I open my front door it’s an overpowering smell of piss. I’m not the only person with children in our apartment building either. Completely unacceptable. Their lease should be terminated , been like this for months and it’s UNBEARABLE now.
