I had a great experience with this property management. Josh is quick to respond to any issue and is very understanding. I highly recommend this property management and if I find myself renting again, it would definitely be through this place.
I found Josh to be caring for both tenant and owner, responding quickly to any concerns of either. I never missed one month’s rent in the 15 years that Josh managed my property. He has integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend Josh Knight for your property management needs.
I called several times, got the answering machine and left messages with call back instructions. Never reached a person when I called nor got a return call.
