I've had a wonderful experience renting my apartment with KLV. They keep the properties well maintained, and are quick to respond to any issues. I've been locked out at 7 PM and had someone over to get me back in in less than 30 minutes. They're also willing to be flexible and accommodating, within reason, to issues with rent payments. Their property managers Kate and Kelly are delightful, responsive, and always willing to help with a problem. Great folks to rent from.

My husband and I lived in one of the properties managed by KLV for two years, and our experience was excellent. The management was easily reachable regarding any maintenance concerns or other issues, and they were always resolved within 24 hours. We highly recommend living in one of their apartments.

I wasn’t home as I was working that weekend and at 5:30AM came home to water flowing through the first floor of my home as if it was raining inside. I have lived in one of KLV's units for over 3 years now and have had a wonderful experience. The property manager Kate, was always responsive, helpful, kind and professional. The unit is spacious, well kept and comfortable and the property is well maintained. If I wasn't moving in with my boyfriend closer to where I work I wouldn't have left. Very grateful for the stress-free years I had living here as a working professional. Knowing I had an affordable, safe and comfortable home to retreat to each day was a great advantage.
