If you are trying to make an offer on a home Kathie See is listed on, don’t bother. She is the least responsive person you could ask for. She also had the home under contract and didn’t bother to update the listing until 4 days later.

Unresponsive…. Contacted the agent, had several immediate conversations, and was told they would get back to me. Still waiting… and found out through another realtor that the property sold. They were representing the seller. As quickly as it sold, my guess is it was underpriced. Wouldn’t use these people to buy or sell a property at this point unless you want to be screwed over.
