We have purchased multiple homes with Russell Jones Real Estate. Joe and Erik have created an excellent team. They were able to react quickly to our needs and were able to negotiate the best deal possible on both sides of the transactions. The realistic, cool-headed approach that they take in a high-stress transaction like a home sale or purchase put us at ease throughout the process. I worked with Joe for the past two years in finding my first home, and recently closed on a townhouse. He was very patient, supportive, and made sure I understood each part of the process. We used Joe as our agent when we bought our house in Seattle (Capitol Hill). My better half knows a ton of real estate agents through work, so the fact that we went with Joe in the first place says something. As for the experience working with him, he knew the market and understood what we were looking for. When we decided to put in an offer, he was responsive, detail oriented, and engaged. The offer was on a new-build, so there several rounds of back-and-forth negotiations between us and the builder. Joe sought to clarify exactly what we we’re asking for when we were going back and forth, and we ended up being very happy with the outcome. My partner and I recently bought our first home, and we honestly don’t think it would have been possible without the steady, expert, and patient guidance of Joe Klarman and his partner Erik Zaugg.
