Kirman Garden

I lived at Kirman Gardens for 12 months. It was like living in hell. Terrible managers and they keep changing them. Say goodbye to your security deposit. I gave them a $1,237.00 security deposit and they never returned it and lied and said I owed them 3000.00 I paid my rent and utility bill on time every month. The FPI worker Bobbi Anderson is a pathetic case. She will steal your security deposit and lie to your face. Take good advice and don’t move in this building because you will suffer and regret it. Also, ask the tenants and they will confirm what I said. The manager there now is a piece of work her lies are disturbing and atrocious.

Other than the surrounding neighborhood, I had a very pleasant experience here. Management was kind, and matinence was efficient when things broke. Every appartment is going to have problems but Management does their best to resolve the issue as quick as possible. 4 starts because of the neighborhood. DONT park your car on the street. I have had multiple people hit me and my car was broken into while parked on the street. If I was to give a suggestion, it would be to install security cameras.

Pros great for the space. Large Patio Large living room Decent kitchen You are dead smack in the middle of downtown and midtown New tenants will get a unit w a ok facelift Gated !!!! Please KIRMAN give your residents a gate clicker Property is actually very quiet and apt walls are well insulated. Cons *$450 tow Ultimate con if you forget to put that parking sticker up “ thetowingcom “ will tow your car when you call them for said information on how to get your car back it’s an AUTOMATIC $450. And no they don’t care for proof of name on lease. this towing company comes into the parking lot late at night looking for cars to tow. Put that parking permit up. Vents = Scary front door just needs some TLC AND A UPGRADE *No microwave, no in unit washer and dryer, no dishwasher

Have not received my security deposit back after 2 months of being moved out. I have spent two weeks trying to contact them regarding this, and am just sent in circles and told to call their management team myself — the # i was given to call requires further extensions to even get through, which i was not given. I’m getting frustrated. My time living there was OK at best and I am angry that they’re stealing my money.

Toilet wasn't glued properly. Leakage ruined floor and stunk. Took forever. Bathroom floor still ripped up. Mailbox broken still not fixed. Lock on front door iffy and they won't get locksmith. Ants all over. Exterminator came and they are back in a week. 100 degrees and air conditioner broke. Not fixed yet. 2 months of this
