Wonderful place to live, everything is run so smoothly , thanks to Amy. We never loose electricity like all the others. All bills included and direct access to underground tunnels are major perks! People are great. Can't beat it!

Hands down the best place to live in downtown. Management personnel Amy and Tomas are the absolute greatest people you will ever meet. They will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met to the utmost of their abilities. We’ve never flooded, lost power, lost water, or internet… and it’s all included in the price… u-n-h-e-a-r-d of! Direct access to the tunnels, if you know you know… If not you better ask someone who likes to eat. Best community I have ever been a part of, just a big family living in separate parts of the house (building). If you ever get the opportunity, run… don’t walk to buy/rent a unit here.

Kirby lofts has been the best place I’ve ever lived! Tomas and Amy are always there to greet you with a smile and make you laugh and feel safe at every second. I’ve never had a more dedicated property manager than Amy. Makes my life so much easier!

Look this is a cool Place 4 Sure. at 1s I didn't like the parking situation, but I got over it.. The coolest cats on the H-Town catwalk live there (except me :) and the Residents always have fun together. The Homes are very Cool and well done. I give it a 5 because of great homes, great people and NO OVER MANAGMENT ISSUSES Peace Head Hippie H-Town
