Halona was outstanding. She was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout the entire visit. She did an excellent job presenting the community and showing us the homes, explaining every detail clearly and answering all of our questions. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the experience very enjoyable. We truly appreciated her time and the great service she provided.

Honestly this place is amazing, the service is great and I would like to shout out Halona Benjamin. My goodness she made it so easy and workable, the way she presented the houses was perfect and I fell in love with the place. It is definitely worth coming here especially with all the amenities that it can have.

I would not recommend at all. The homes are nice however the property is running a scam. After weeks of back and forth on a rental application we received a denial. The denial stated it was based on credit while sending me a document showing that we exceeded requirements. When I called a woman named Bre said it wasn’t credit it was unverifiable employment & she had been the one to decline the application, however in February the employment was in fact verified & we have proof of that since findigs utilized the email address for management. At this point I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here unless you want to waste money. We will not have to spend hundreds in storage fees as our move in date was set for march 4th and we got this information today march 3rd. The application was submitted w

My wife and I recently visited The Collection at Kinsley in Wake Forest NC. After going thru multiple relocations the past few years, we were extremely impressed with the community and the leasing agent, Halona Benjamin. No high pressure, extremely prepared and professional.
