Kingswood Village Apartments

I have been a long time resident. I have seen it be a wonderful place to a run down complex. Major repairs never completed. According to the ofc, it shifts the blame on outside contractors not returning calls. They charge you for everything. In my opinion this is the owner(s) responsibility as well as their expense to keep it attractive for future residents. I have no stock in this place so why pay monthlty for new cabinets, fake wood floors, no grass & etc. This isn't a upscale place for the price you pay. Nor does it have the appeal from building 2 and 3 to even think about referring someone. They have discontinued incentives to keep you as a resident. I truly believe new owners have bought this place and if so, there strategy is unacceptable, poor as well as disappointing. To be honest,

Daniel is one of the maintenance workers. Always gives excellent services. Fix repairs right and first times. Is friendly, knowledge of his job, and will help tenants if he can. A blessing to have on the premises.

Current resident of about 3 years. Air has been out every 3 months for about year now. Temporary fixes ONLY. Was just ignored but everyone in the leasing office including Charlene. I stood there about 10 minutes, only stares no assistance. No one answers the phone during business hours. New neighbors bring several roaches, pest control seems to be feeding the issue instead of preventing it. Luckily the maintenance team are nice *sigh*. Don’t move here. You’ve been warned.

There were few instances in last two months I requested miscellaneous apartment interior work like repairs and these have been taken care within 24 hrs. Good job technician team! Daniel is always there to help.

They steal so much here , homeless people always inside , there security is trash I been living here for one year and they stolen my car rims !! My package, my plant pots ???? My chairs ,my dog leash and they even stole some of my clothes in the laundry room ???? Ps they didn’t just steal my rings they stole 5 other car rims the same time they stole mine
