I’ve called and never got a call back. It’s currently winter and they don’t do anything about the sidewalks or roads until really late in the day… so I’ve almost fell and really hurt myself multiple times just trying to get to my car so I can go to work.. ridiculous. This photo isn’t even bad, you should see the parking lot!!

I've lived here for several years. It's affordable at low income and has central air, but there are thieves and vandals in the neighborhood. I've had gas stolen out of my vehicle, packages taken, and neighbors who've experienced vandalism and theft. They need cameras and locks on our storage areas at the very least—seriously, why are there no locks??? Also, Daystarr Internet when? We can only get Spectrum here, and Spectrum are some serious crooks!!

Horrible maintance service. Takes forever to get anything fixed. Then your work order slips are lost or never notated. Laundry room has been down 6 months and patio door has been messed up for 2 years and leaked water all over carpet and walls. Pantry lights dont work. I do repairs myself cause I got tired of waiting for stuff to be done. Looking to move or put my money in escrow to get adequate repairs done.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone. I tried to apply to this place and was denied. Whatever, it happens. That being said, the whole application process was extremely unprofessional. I called to inquire about my application and I never received a call back. A week later I FINALLY got a hold of someone and the owner was extremely rude to me. When I simply asked why we were denied he explained it was because of credit and hung up on me. I don't think it would have been a good fit anyways because I really do not think the owner would have been a good landlord. Oh well, onward and upward.

Got a place here and the door did not want to open. We told the owner about it the day we moved in and nothing happened until it got stuck. With my infant and myself in there.
