Shady and predatory company. Beware of random fees added to your monthly balance that must be paid before you can pay your rent. These fees are not listed in the lease, but this company will try to convince you that what they are doing is legal and it is not. If this happens to you, contact the Maryland Attorney General Consumer Protection Agency. This company preys on its residents and when you report their fraudulent practices to the state, they then harass you and enter your home without your knowledge or consent. I would not recommend this scandalous company. You will not have peace of mind living on their property. If they can’t control you, they will make you their target.

If you are late paying your rent they won't renew your lease. Something is always breaking and they take their time repairing it. If you're late paying your rent for 1 month they are ready to evict you without a 30 day notice. How fair is that. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move there.

Just move in these townhomes I was told by Nicole at the leasing office that the units are renovated and have been inspected . Come to find out day one I had mice and a bad infestation of ants. Then my dishwasher was leaking. There was an issue with the washer and dryer, and then the AC unit was clogged and caused water to come up through the floors then to come to find out, there is a hole in the ceiling in the laundry room, and the carbonation pipe connected to the furnace is hanging out of the wall then I learned my neighbors next-door experience the same issue the lady at the office Nicole gets false advertisement to get people into these homes and then there are so many issues to the point where I had to get Baltimore county inspector involved because of the nonsense. We moved in January 2025, so it’s only been 4 months and we’ve had non stop issues. Our toilet was leaking from the very first day, the first time we turned on the tub it wouldn’t turn off so water was just gushing out non stop until maintenance came, the AC wasn’t working, and then there’s the mice. We have been dealing with mice since the beginning. They’ve sent pest control to our house nearly every week and all they do is put bait behind the stove and give us sticky traps. They’ve closed up one opening in the pantry and put a board near the hvac system where there was an unfinished portion in the wall but that has done nothing to stop the issue.
