Kingston cove off 27 th st south

Have been livining at Kingston Cove apartments for almost 2 years. It has been a great experience. Had just a problem with a leak from the up stairs unit above and it ruined the kitchen and dinning rooms areas. I called in a work order and the maintenance crew was there in a matter of minutes. Water was shut off they open drain holes so the water could run out. After a couple days they started rip out the damaged areas.After getting everything they needed to replace the damaged area the ceiling was replaced in both the kitchen and dinning rooms areas Henry the maintenance technician did a super job. The area looks brand new all matching . Great job in cleaning up the mess. The administration staff here and maintenance staff is the best. Would recommend these apartment units any time
