Wanda is one of a kind, if she is in charge you want to rent from this place. She cares about doing the right thing, she wants everyone to be treated with respect and does not allow any funny business to occur while running this complex. She helped my family in many ways, and some people do not care as this woman does. As I said, she is one of a kind and if you want your family to feel safe/taken care of, rent with WANDA.. you will not be sorry!

Management won't do anything about noise complaints. We lived there for five years and are moving this year because I've been threatened just for looking up as someone walked by. We have called the police multiple times on drunk and high neighbors and management still won't evict them. Used to be a wonderful place to live.

Maintenance doesn't know how to do their job! Management is sweet and always trying to help. Basketball goal is broken down bad. Homes were not clean when we moved in, food still in cabinets and drawers and floor needed swept. Management sent people over but they did not do anything.

Worst place to live. They don’t care about fixing stuff. They steal stuff. Parents let their kids just do whatever. The manager is the worst. When u give them a list of stuff to fix they say it’s fixed but it’s not. Than u complain about noise or ppl they don’t do anything about it. I wouldn’t rent from them again.

If my best friend didn't live here I'd never be around. Neighbors are alright but some parents let their kids run wild and they pee in other people's plants
