I have only been here 4 months and while it not the ritz or anything like that it seems like a ok place to live. the rent cheap and they do work with you if your late on a payment and the 2 times i had to called maintenance they came over quickly.. once for when the water was not working come to find out i had to turn it on so that one is on me the second was the AC and it took less than a day to fix...as far as the rats goes.. i don't see any but i do have a cat

They are rat infested which they come around and put out rat food once a month which does no good, the maintenance if that's what you call it here is a joke AC did not work took two weeks to fix , plumbing of slow or no drainage was an consist problem. Live out here one year paid rent on time every month but was treated real disrespectful as a tenant, was paying 545 a month here decided to move now paying 965 the extra money shell out is worth it

I love my apartment absolutely love it ❤️ I have family that lives out here in the community as well so I’m always visiting him sitting outside sharing a few drinks cooking dinner etc etc our property manager Mrs Clark lives out here very nice respectful woman who doesn’t play at all she doesn’t mind working with you when it comes to your rental payments or any other issues you have you just have to communicate with her and the office staff the Maintenance people out here is fun Mr Fieldpot is a sweetie pie you have to have patience and understand just like your unit may or may not have problems so do other tenants as well as perspective ones so they get around to getting things done as quick as they can! The rent is affordable they accept section 8 it took them two months to get my unit a

You get one star I still unfortunately live here.My home is infested with mice. I have spoken to the office. Mrs Lynda told me they must like me because we catch 3- 5 a day. My bathroom ceiling is falling down with mold. Jose came and said he would fix it on Monday he came on friday (he said he nèed a break from here ) i have been waiting almost 2 yrs for someone to fix it.

Unprofessional administration starting from the highest level. The community isn’t an issue other than broken glass on the basketball courts but the heads of staff are unscrupulous. Not to go into details about my personal situation but the way they handle financial transactions and communication with tenants is horrible and disrespectful. Not to mention the maintenance int quality and some apartments smell like there is either mold in the walls or ac ducts.
