UPDATE: New management bought the complex and kicked everyone out and gave us 30 days to find a new place. It was very traumatic and sent us in a tail spin of ending up homeless for a while. I had to send my children to my mom in Minneapolis until I could get back on my feet and find a new place. Unethical and ruthless. Many of my neighbors were only parents, elderly and retired. I wonder what happened to them in the end. OLD REVIEW: A very quiet and private townhouse complex. There are 12 units and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. I haven't had any major issues here, they are being managed by Green River Property Management now.

Visited family here...neighbors keep to themselves unless you initiate conversation. Back section tucked up by small wooded area which gives you privacy in a busy neighborhood. Small, cozy accommodations, wish it was a bit cheaper for a single parent to afford. Price is average for the location though.

Nice place, not great but ok. Apartments are fixed when it's needed and apartments managers very fairly accommodating but not overly intrusive.

Small, dingy and very expensive.
