Been here about 4 years. Enjoy it nice people for the most part. Great manager now Shelley is the best. Maintenance great boys. School next door. HEB near. Bank too.
This was a great place for my grandma until she took a turn for the worse and had been evicted. The apartment manager did bot even try to pull a few strings to let her stay till she passed. We had to move my dieing grandmother out of her HOME, her apartment had already been rented. So sad
Very noisy, can hear a pin drop in the apartment adjacent to yours and above. Neighbors are very disrespectful, playing loud music, stumping, running and let their dog poop in front of your door! And they are allowed to be noisy until 10 pm.
Possible fire hazzard due to pipe being too small. Becareful. There is no way to fit the tubing tightly and correctly.
The management is top of the line. The community is friendly and very family-oriented. One of the best complexes I've been too.
