Dangerous conditions with elevators. Only one elevator works for 198 units and four stories. So many seniors struggle with their groceries and in case of fire or an emergency, wheel chair bound tenants are not accommodated for due to the lack of elevators. It has been over a month and it is dangerous

The management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always clean and well maintained. The apartment itself is beautiful — spacious layout, modern finishes, and plenty of natural light. The amenities (like the pool, gym, and community areas) are top-notch and make it feel like a resort. The location is also super convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways. Overall, this has been one of the best places I’ve ever lived.

I took some time to let my mom settle into her apartment and experience the complex before writing this review. We have been looking for a stable and safe environment for my mom for the last 10 years. Our prayers have been answered. 🙏 when I visit my mom now I see something I have not witnessed in over a decade. Peace , calmness, serenity and proper rest. She is so at peace and happy at Kingsland ,her aura is unrecognizable! I am beyond words as to how grateful we feel. How was this made possible you may ask? I'm coming up on a year living here, and my experience has been very good. The staff has been very pleasant and very helpful in any way. The get a grade A from me. There is nothing that I've requested that went unattended to with maintenance etc. I've resigned my lease for another year. I love my place. Thank you Kingsland staff for all you do!
