Kingscrest Apartments

I came in for a tour and Tabitha was my leasing agent 🤗 She was very accommodating personable, and defiinetly thorough..She took her time answered all my questions and more! She seems to be extremely knowledgeable of the property! Kings Crest was very clean and so quite I thought I was at Church..She showed me several apartments and they both where so nice and clean and move in ready! I had serveral other properties to look at but once I seen Kings Crest I didn't need to look any further...I was 1 and Done! Now wish me LUCK! 🤞🙏🤞

Maintenance was quick to respond to both my urgent needs and lesser needs! Took my entire washing machine out and down three flights of stairs. They then brought in a New washing machine Up three flights of stairs. Very impressive. They were extremely polite and kind, and did not feel intrusive. I love living here and having access to the mall via the extensive ballenger creek greenway which is a mostly paved biking public trail spanning several miles across southern Frederick. Low pricing ($1500/one bedroom), special yearly sales, comprehensive and responsive staff/maintance. They approved my two ESA cats. Careful around some of the blind corners in the neighborhood, residential and next to a school so active roadway. Not terribly noisy. I live in a north facing apartment with no light. T

The rent here is very expensive, and you are paying for the area, not the apartment itself. The unit feels poorly maintained, with peeling paint in the bathroom around the sink and shower. The walls are extremely thin, and we have been dealing with constant noise from neighbors and have not been able to sleep properly for months. We regret renewing our lease. The property is also not kept very clean. There is often dog poop around the area, and the trash cans are frequently messy. Overall, the price does not reflect the quality of the apartment or the living experience.

Would not recommend this place. Office personnel are rude, make excuses, take no responsibility. Maintenance guy is incompetent, disrespectful, and argues with you. I have had nothing but problems since I moved in July 2024. I will not be renewing my lease in July. Ihave an annoying leak they refuse to fix. And a stove i was promised when moved in. I was told by Earnesto I refused the new stove a year and a half ago. But I've been trying to get the said stove since then. Even have contacted the main office the past year and a half. Now he wa ts to rebuild the old one. I would like to know where the stove that was ordered for my unit in July of 2024 is, and who got it.

Great experience! 😊 Me and my husband lived at Kingscrest for 18 months. The place is really good. I loved this place especially in Spring. The area is peaceful and safe. You will never have a parking space issue at Kingscrest. I must appreciate the maintenance team. They are really quick. Overall, a very good experience living there!
