Had a wonderful showing of a 2 bedroom. Kathy was great and answered all my questions. April also answered a ton of my questions she was very patient with me. All the information I needed was easy to get and it was very easy to set a time to come see the apartment! Would definitely recommend!

I wish 0/5 was available. Signed a lease here and saw the apartment was unliveable. Complete filthy and dangerous, was promised by management it would be fixed in a designated time and was continously pushed back on move in because of "repairs" and "cleaning" that obviously never was done. And upon breaking the lease management promised we'd be able to easily break and have refunded our money back, had to hire an attorney to send a notice for the refund to be given. Never even got to move in but dealt with this complex for at least 3 months.

Horrible experience living here. Disgusting conditions. Initial move-in was terrible. Not ready on time, when we came from out of town via Greyhound, paying 6 months upfront… When it was supposed to be ready there was no AC, filthy, toilet was off and in the bathtub, and a huge knife and tools were left around the apartment. Had to stay three nights in a motel due to no toilet and 95 degree heat. Was promised repayment for two of those nights, but nope that was never paid to us and now they can’t find documentation of it, thanks Devan (first manager we had). Thankfully a laundromat is opening close by because washer and dryers were never in service. Blood on dryer that nobody would address. Attempted break-ins, twice with cops having to be contacted as they almost kicked out door in. Homel

This was a difficult place to move into when I 1st moved in. Under old management was complete hell and a headache. I believe Hector is now head of the new management and he has done wonders. We butted heads for a minute though we got everything resolved and he has helped me more than anybody that has worked here has. You put in work orders and he will get them filled out. I believe the way this place is going is up from here with Hector being head management.
