King's View Manor

This place used to be nice when my parent first moved in, but now it's no longer comfortable or simply suitable for those that are in their golden years. The neighbors are disruptive, loud and inconsiderate. The manager doesn't do anything to resolve it. They'll say contact security, but still nothing gets done. I've seen people with children looking as if they're living here and they're not 55 and up. It's like they're living with their parents/ grandparents. There's an infestation of roaches that doesn't seem to go away. And if you're on the first floor, be prepared to deal with people living above you that stomp, allow their grand children to bounce around all throughout the day and night. My grandparents have lived here for a few months now and the manager has been nothing but kind and generous to making them feel at home! They love it there they have events for Christmas and other holidays to make everyone feel so welcome and loved regardless of their family situation. Even after office hours if necessary the manager has helped and listened, the staff is always so kind and presentable. Couldn’t have chosen such a better place for them, thank you kings view manor!

Very professional staff!! The staff at these apartments go above and beyond, when my grandpa moved in, the staff did everything they could to accommodate and make him feel welcomed and made him feel as if he was part of a big family. When i visit my grandpa he can never stop saying how the manager will take time from her busy schedule to check on the tents there. Or how he and the maintenance man will exchange stories from the past days. I've seen a total new side of my grandpa since he moved to these apartments, i would extremely recommend these apartments to people when looking for a place for their elderly love ones to live at.

I am very pleased that there are still people that care. We were in town looking for a place for our parents and went to a few places. We were about to call it quits and went to one more! I am glad we did! The Staff was so caring and compassionate. They showed so much empathy for our parents. The unit was beautiful and just what our parents need. The grounds are beautiful. They are looking forward to making new friends! Thank you Kings Manor for the wonderful staff!

Stopped by to get application for a friend. That's all. All I saw was a couple hallways and the library and office.
