I have lived at King's Ridge Apartments for over 10 years, and during this time I've truly seen it all. The challenges and the growth. Watching this community flourish over the years has been amazing, and I can honestly say this has been a great place to call home. Management has always been supportive and helpful whenever I needed assistance, and maintenance has consistently gotten the job done in a timely and professional manner. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about King Ridge Apartments. This community has supported me through different stages of my life, and for that, I am grateful. OK, so there has been so many issues going on since we transferred to a different side my mother my son and I been living over on the other side for less than four months and it has literally been. I can’t even explain it. I just know that it is having us live beyond uncomfortable uneasy. My mother has went and Spoke with the rent office multiple times And nothing has been done My mother has even asked to directly speak to someone in corporate, no response. My mother went to the rent office again after receiving a note that had nothing to do with the trauma that we have been experience the harassment that we have been experience Danielle Left a really bad taste in my mouth. I did not like how she was speaking to my mother. They are I’m going to say tasteless and unprofessional in the rent

Just don't. Turn around and look elsewhere. Lived here for 2 years. They claimed I left a bunch of holes in the walls. I didnt. Everything was patched, I primed, and painted. They claimed the carpet had a bunch of stains. It didn't. They want to charge me for both. The carpet was normal wear and tear. Oh, and they chargw me for a full clean when I cleaned everything. Moved the fridge amd stove, cleaned in and out of them. For having 4 kids and 2 adults live there, it was kept very nice. The office isnt supposed to close until 6 but the new management leaves at 4. They like to leave notices on doors at the end of the day and then leave so you cant answer any questions. Oh, heads up, they have mold and they dont do anything about it. The kitchens are awful and the dont disclose it upon move

I wish I could give this property zero stars. My experience with the leasing office at Kings Ridge Apartments has been incredibly disappointing. My first attempt to view the property and get more information was a failure. The website stated the office closed at 6 p.m., but when I arrived, the door said 5 p.m. I was met with two employees who just looked at me through the window and pointed to the door. It was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I tried again and was able to speak with the leasing consultant, but she was unable to answer my questions efficiently. She then grabbed Danielle, the community manager, to assist. Unfortunately, Danielle’s attitude was extremely uninviting. When I asked about pest control, which seemed like a reasonable question, she turned around and asked if I was b
