New Ownership and Management has turned the property around with high quality tenants/neighbors. New asphalt parking lot Dec 2018, new roof Jan 2019. ** update 4/14/2020 ** Under new management (Martha and Optivo Group) as of 4/14/2020.

The property manager is a crackhead. He does not fix anything. They look nice on the inside but are very raggedy. Nothing works correctly. All the property manager does is get high with his tenants and go out of town every weekend. This place is not a good place to live. Property manager over charges people. Hires his tenants to do the roofs and wall work with no permits or licenses. I do not recommend this place for anyone to live

Moved in 2 days ago bedrooms and bathroom lights have no covers for the bulbs. Which is no problem just stated for reference purposes in case upon my exit it is deducted from deposit. Also front door has dents as if someone was banging with metal object

The place is a good place it’s small yes, there is not parking, not a pool, don’t expect laundry because there is not space, but I live pretty good in here.

All they want is your rent money, my floor still puddles when it rains, called code enforcement but they can do nothing
