King’s Isle Apartments

Omg!! My new apartment is so beautiful!! I’m obsessed!! Super happy with everything including the views!! I never wanna leave my new place! My children are happy the views are breathtaking! The office ladies are super sweet! The neighbors are so nice! Cant wait to sit out in the summer and watch the sun go down! Ahhh this is the best!! I just had my inspection and signing another lease. The rent went up $100.00. I still absolutely love this place! I do wish landscaping did better taking care of the weeds in the rocks for esthetic purposes.. I added more pictures 😊

Kings Isle is an amazing place to live. The apartments are quiet and clean, neighbors are kind and the upkeep on the landscaping and snow removal is so incredible. There are people waiting to remove your snow with shovels as soon as it starts snowing. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, they’re here asap and fix it without issue. Front desk is helpful and responsive. You can’t beat the rent in this area either for the amenities you get. And the view! No wonder they have a waitlist to live here!

As covid eased in 2022, and I physically entered and saw my new apartment for the first time, it was more spacious, meticulously clean and beautiful than I had imagine. The panorama windows and majestic views took my breath away. For 2 years I have experienced, quality care, consistent on time maintenance, and a hard working quiet staff. Mr. Ralf, the tireless Maintenance Manager always goes above and beyond with kindness, respect and skillful professionalism. Lived here from early 2021-summer 2025. It’s just okay- nothing amazing, nothing horrible. Pros: central to getting to Saratoga or Albany, decently affordable (when rent increased yearly- which it did, it was only by 25-50$ each time), mostly quiet, the main maintenance man is super responsive, professional & a nice guy. The office staff did change over during the few years we were here, and a majority of the staff and the office manager are professional and polite. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves, in all my time there was really only one neighbor (a newly moved in family) greeted us & were totally kind- however sometimes the fact that others aren’t outwardly friendly (a simple wave or nod) can be a bit of a bummer- fine if it’s not your thing though! Changing my previous five star rating to a one star, unfortunately. The apartments are beautiful however, Management does not have an ounce of care for their tenants. I received a notice on my door that my apartment was to be inspected in order to renew my lease, and that the new lease would be left for me to sign and return. my apartment is spotless and I have been a near perfect tenant. They placed a notice on my door the same day as the inspection stating they would not renew my lease and that I had to be out in 90 days. I contacted the leasing office and was told that the owner does not speak with tenants and that it is New York State law that they do not need to disclose the reason they are not renewing my lease. I have been living here for almost 3 years and have now had the rug pull
