Kings Crossing Apartments

Where do I begin? Predatory rent prices maybe not currently but when I moved in almost $1100 for a 1 bedroom. Residents are nice & quiet but the current staff here are let's just say lacking. They charge a monthly pest control fee but you have to request them to stray every month & thats IF they show up when you request. Alot of the outside lights do not work making it unsafe to walk outside your apartment at night- unaddressed by management in the years I lived here. Staff currently in office is unbelievably unprofessional. All the money this place makes theres no play area for kids & no pool. Hello its Florida! A string of car break in happened in the last year not sure how many cars were broken into & atleast one was attempted to steal it damaging steering columns & thousands of dolla

The office staff here are honestly the best,super friendly and always willing to help with any questions I had. Ty is very professional and courteous. She made everything really easy. The area is really nice too, definitely a comfortable and chill place to live. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment! Maintenance responded to a request within a matter of minutes and was able to have it resolved within the hour. I appreciate the prompt response and resolution.

I have roaches, massive amounts of them and they said they cant treat them because they don't have a key to my unit so they just ignore requests instead. Even the home office claims they're reaching out but they don't. Now they are trying to add forced placed insurance when I have an active policy. I sell insurance and not only wrote my policy but I am the Agent on Record for this policy. They will 100% try to pull illegal actions if you don't pay attention. One month they forgot to add water to the bill and threatened to evict tenets over their mistake to save face. This new manager won't be here long.

My boyfriend and i recently moved into one of the one bedrooms, the application was easy and quick. We had a great experience when interacting with staff and workers for kings crossing. On day of move in we were welcomed into a clean and fresh space. We love it here!

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived at in my life. The apartments are disgustingly unsafe. Mold /mildew. The apartment gets wet when it rains, the apartments smell and I smell really bad. Outlets don’t work, washer hasn’t worked since moving in, Staff never and I mean never answer phones, they don’t show the apartment prior to renting it out. Fridge is old rusted and smells Spent about $1000 trying to make the apartment smell better and it still did not help. The hire people at the front desk that don’t speak English yet have a lot or majority tenants that speak only English. Manager is never in the office for weeks at a time. Office is closed when it’s supposed to be opened at times. I rather sleep in my car than live here!
