Kings Crest Senior Apartments

My Mother lives here and has been there about 15 years now. She enjoys it and has made friends. Yes staff has been turning over but as long as they take care of what needs to be done, she is happy. The biggest bonus is Ernesto, the maintenance manager. He is so helpful, polite and gets stuff done! Thankful for him helping my Mom so much at her apartment. It’s a tucked away location and pretty quiet and private.

Used to be a beautiful building and friendly staff. Now it's getting run down and staff changes frequently with out much notice. Water is also turned off frequently with little to no notice. Maintenance issues such as light bulbs used to be included in rent if replacements were needed. Now the tenants have to pay for each bulb. Sad but true... If tenants leaving tells you anything then heed the warning.

It use to be a great place to live but that all changed when Tonette let her (special) friend Sam turn the place into a s**thole. In the past 18 months they have gone through 5-6 managers, 6-7 maintenance men and the cleaning lady has not vacuumed the carpet on the second and third floors in 10 months. The only think F/J cares about us collecting rent. The air conditioning in the 3rd floor hallways are a sometime, mostly a no time. The so-called manager spends more time off site than on and even when on-site will not allow any resident to go into the office, except for Al and he walks in like he owns the place.

I have been living here going on 2 yrs, and I can say I haven’t had any problems or issues with living here. I can say since we have had new people in the office, I have been please. Ernesto is a very easy person to talk with if you have a problem. I am glad I live here.

My parents live here and love the safe and quiet community. I'm always able to find safe and convenient parking to visit them. The staff is always very respectful and it looks like they enjoy their workplace
