King's Cove

Dana was so helpful through the whole process. Answering any and all questions and concerns i had. The apartments and townhouses are all clean and quiet. You have alot of space and amenities. The new crew there seems to really wanna help people and have a good space for them to live.

Originally I was hesitant to tour Kings Cove given the number of poor reviews on Google. As a prospective renter, it is one of the first places I check for every apartment I look at. Despite the reviews, I scheduled a tour with Dana, the current leasing agent, who completely changed my perspective/first impression about the community in a matter of minutes. She was attentive, listened to my rental preferences, and gave me an amazing tour (not to mention, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions). The complex is under new management, and it was evident that the current staff is working hard to make improvements (the clubhouse and fitness center are both being updated). If it weren't for a change in life circumstances, I would have applied instantly. I highly recommen

My son gave notice about moving and then they sold the property to new owners. Between the new owners and the unorganized previous owners they apparently never received a notice even though they spoke with him many times about him leaving the apartment on his own terms and Not an EVICTION. Whatever it takes to steal money from people, I guess l.

Plz never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever everrrrrrrr live at kings cove ever!!!!! They have an old water heating system and malfunctions and never has hot water every other month or every couple weeks. And refuse to turn up the water tank or say they are doing their best and really they aren’t doing shit!!!!!!! Do not ever live here ever. They are the cheapest in the area for a reason

Rent is low, but don't be fooled! Only pay electricity, but they don't tell you that the water(which you don't pay for) is a boiler system and don't have hot water most of the time! I have lived there since August 2024 and have not had hot water to shower on a regular basis. Everyone in the apartment building shares the water and that makes no sense. No matter time of day, very rarely have hot water!! The laundry facilities are a joke and don't work most of the time! I DO NOT recommend this place!
