Kings Court Apartments

Live there for 6 year great little place quiet nice size apartment for a little family.. we had no property manager for a while till Malissa Walter came and it got better she has great communication skills. I came back to us when she's available. Even though she has multiple properties to take care of she always made it feel that we're number 1 to her and all our concerns were addressed and a timely fashion. She made us feel that we matter and she great and we gonna miss her alot..she startedto fix up the place and got things done thank you Malissa Walter

I lived here back in 2019 to about 2021, it was an amazing experience for me ! It was just me and my daughter living there and I always felt safe.

My wife and I have lived here for a year, even though we moved in right at the beginning of covid there have been a couple things we have not been able to do like enter the game room or do the swimming pool besides that all good. Management, Lorena she is amazing if we have an issue which we've only had one they come and take care of it within a day or two I do want to say it does take a day or two because of the covid but I understand. We love living here and hope to live here for much longer.

I love this place! Close to everything, very spacious, small complex. I lived here for a year and, sadly, will be moving out in April . David, the manager is pretty laid back but also firm when it comes to the rules (he'll let the little things slide as long as you don't bother the other residents) it's very quiet here which I love. There's a couple of.kids here but you wouldn't even know it. There are little problems here and there like a little surface mold, a couple bugs but management is very prompt in getting everything fixed and calls to follow up. I did have a small issue with my neighbor, they had people banging on their door at all hours but it stopped once I introduced myself and let them know. Everyone here is respectful and cosniderate, pretty much mind their own but very frien

Lots of interesting drinks and snacks to be had. The rest of the stuff didn't really interest me
